What we collect when you contact us
When you submit an enquiry form, request a proposal or book a call, we collect what you type into it: your name, company name, email address, telephone number, your message, and where the form asks for them, your budget, timeline and the service you are interested in.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
To stop automated spam, our forms include a hidden field that people never see and a check on how quickly the form was submitted. These detect bots; they do not profile you.
Marketing attribution
If you arrive from an advertisement or a search, we record how you got here so we know which of our campaigns are working: Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the page you landed on, and the referring website.
These are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit and submitted with your enquiry if you send one. They are about the advertisement, not about you personally.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are stored on this website and forwarded over an encrypted, signed connection to our own internal customer system, where our team acts on them. Your enquiry is handled by our team in the United Arab Emirates.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies make the site work. Optional cookies help us understand how the site is used.
We do not set optional cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, you are asked to choose, and you can reject all optional cookies. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage are switched off.
If you accept, we use: Google Analytics 4 (how people use the site), Google Tag Manager (to manage these tools), Google Ads (to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised recordings of page interactions, to find where the site is confusing). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep them for the duration of our relationship and for as long as UAE law requires afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact privacy@itrobes.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings on this site.
