This site describes the services we offer and gives you a way to contact us about them. Everything on it is general information. It is not an offer, and nothing on this site by itself creates a contract between us.
Enquiries, proposals and contracts
When you send an enquiry, we may reply with a proposal or a quotation. A proposal is an invitation to discuss the work. Any price, scope or timeline in it is an estimate based on what we understood at the time, and it stays open to change until it is agreed in writing.
Work begins, and a contract exists between us, only once we have both signed a separate written agreement. That agreement is what governs the work itself — scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, who owns what we build, warranties, support and how either side may end it. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement takes precedence.
